In this workshop, Coach Alesha will teach foundational strength principles designed to enhance your yoga practice through building durable strength that supports how you move.

You’ll learn:
● How to build strength without sacrificing flexibility
● The key strength patterns that make your poses stronger and more stable
● How much strength training you actually need to complement your yoga practice
● A simple, sustainable way to integrate strength work into your week
Through hands-on instruction and coaching on form and breathing, you’ll walk away with practical exercises and confidence to incorporate strength into your week.
What to bring:
● Please bring your own yoga mat. Or you can rent one for $2 per mat.

Alesha Garcia Jardin is the owner and head trainer at A-Team Health and Fitness in Sunnyvale.
With a background in competitive sports and personal recovery from spinal surgery, she blends lived experience with evidence-based coaching. She specializes in strength training, holistic wellness, injury-informed programming, and pre- and postnatal fitness. Her coaching approach supports clients in building strength they can feel in everyday life.
